Guy Albert Trottier (April 1, 1941 – June 19, 2014) was a professional ice hockey player who played 115 games in the National Hockey League and 174 games in the World Hockey Association. He played for the New York Rangers, Toronto Maple Leafs, Ottawa Nationals, Toronto Toros, Michigan Stags and Baltimore Blades. In 2009, Trottier was hired by the Dayton Gems of the International Hockey League as director of hockey operations. He died of cancer at a hospice in Dayton, Ohio at the age of 73 in 2014.
