| - The Great Baikal Trail or GBT (Russian: Большая Байкальская Тропа or ББТ (Bolshaya Baikalskaya Tropa or BBT)) is a Russian non-profit environmental organization promoting the development of ecotourism, voluntary work, and ecological education. Based in Irkutsk, Russia, GBT is working to build hiking trails around Lake Baikal. Between 2003 and 2012, GBT has run over 180 international projects, building or improving trails at various points throughout the Siberian regions of Irkutsk and Buryatia with the help of more than 4,500 volunteers from around Russia and the world. - Der Great Baikal Trail (Большая Байкальская Тропа Bolschaja Baikalskaja Tropa) ist ein Fernwanderweg um den Baikalsee in Sibirien (Russland). Seit 2003 wird an dem Weg ehrenamtlich gebaut, die Idee stammt schon aus den 1970er Jahren. Es war zunächst geplant, einen 1800 km langen Wanderweg nach internationalem Wegebaustandard zu schaffen, nun wird jedoch an einem ca. 2100 km Wegenetz gebaut. Man erwartet eine positive Wirkung auf die regionale Infrastruktur und den Umweltschutz. Der Great Baikal Trail ist noch nicht fertiggestellt, es können aber bereits erste Abschnitte genutzt werden, so der 100 km lange Frolikha Adventure Coastline Track. - El Great Baikal Trail (en ruso: Большая Байкальская Тропа, Gran Sendero del Baikal) es una red de senderos turísticos con una extensión de más de 1800 kilómetros alrededor del lago Baikal en Siberia, Rusia. Desde 2003 ésta red de senderos, cuya idea remonta a los años 1970, se realiza paso a paso con la ayuda de voluntarios. Aunque todavía en el estado de realización, algunas partes de éstos senderos ya están accesibles al turismo. - Wielki Szlak Bajkalski (ros. Большая Байкальская тропа - Bolszaja Bajkalskaja tropa) - projekt stworzenia szlaku turystycznego wokół Bajkału na Syberii w Rosji o całkowitej długości około 1800 km. Chociaż idea takiego szlaku powstała w latach 70., prace zaczęły się dopiero w 2003 z pomocą ochotników z całego świata. Celem jest rozwój ekoturystyki w regionie, jako alternatywy do rozwoju przemysłowego najstarszego i najgłębszego jeziora świata. Wielki Szlak Bajkalski nie jest jeszcze ukończony, ale pierwsze odcinki można już bezpiecznie przechodzić, jak na przykład nadbrzeżny szlak wzdłuż jeziora Frolicha. - Больша́я Байка́льская тропа́ (ББТ) — проект по созданию системы туристских троп вокруг озера Байкал и в Байкальском регионе. Планируемая длина — 1800 км. Идея создания Кругобайкальской Тропы возникла в 1970-х годах, и была описана в статьях зоолога, писателя, редактора журнала «» О. К. Гусева и иркутского писателя, журналиста и краеведа . Реализация идеи началась в 1997 году в рамках проекта «Bed and Breakfast and Baikal» (в рамках проекта ROLL Агентства США по международному развитию).
