The Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come or the Spirit of Christmas Yet to Come (or simply the Ghost of Christmas Future or the Spirit of Christmas Future) is a fictional character in English novelist Charles Dickens's 1843 novella A Christmas Carol. Appearing in Stave IV, it is the fourth and final Spirit to visit the miser Ebenezer Scrooge on Christmas Eve. Each of the Ghosts of Christmas represents a different time in Scrooge's life, and the shrouded, ominous and silent Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come is concerned with a Christmas Day in the near future after Scrooge's death.
