Frode Helgerud (born 17 June 1950) is a Norwegian businessperson and politician for the Conservative Party. He was born in Oslo and graduated from the University of Oslo with the cand.philol. degree in 1976. He worked as secretariat leader for the Conservative Party parliamentary caucus from 1981 to 1983, and was a political adviser to Jan P. Syse in Willoch's Second Cabinet from 1983 to 1985. He served as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from Oslo during the terms 1997–2001 and 2013–2017.
