Frank Henze (born 1 April 1977 in Leipzig) is a German slalom canoeist who competed at the international level from 1995 to 2013. He won three medals in the C2 team event at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with two silvers (2002, 2009) and a bronze (2010). He won six more medals at the European Championships in the same event (3 golds, 1 silver and 2 bronzes). At the 2012 Summer Olympics he competed in the C2 event. He did not advance to the semifinals after finishing 11th in the qualifying round.

In den Jahren 2006, 2007 und 2008 gewann das Team Schröder/Henze bei den Europameisterschaften jeweils die Goldmedaille im Mannschaftsrennen der C2-Kategorie. Die beiden Slalom-Kanuten waren mehrmalige Deutsche Meister und konnten bei den Weltmeisterschaften 2009 im spanischen Seu d'Urgell die Silbermedaille im C2-Mannschaftsrennen gewinnen.Bei den Olympischen Spielen 2012 in London belegten sie den 11.
