Five-pin billiards or simply five-pins or 5-pins (Italian: [biliardo dei] cinque birilli; Spanish: [billar de] cinco quillas), is today usually a carom billiards form of cue sport, though sometimes still played on a pocket table. In addition to the customary three balls of most carom games, it makes use of a set of five upright pins (skittles) arranged in a "+" pattern at the center of the table.   • 5-pins (ook wel 5-kegelbiljart genoemd) is een spelsoort in het carambolebiljart die in de tweede helft van de jaren '60 van de twintigste eeuw in Italië en Argentinië razend populair werd en naar andere landen is overgewaaid. In deze spelsoort wordt sinds seizoen 2017-2018 ook een officieel nederlands kampioenschap georganiseerd. Het spel begon ooit op een biljart met gaten als in poolbiljarts maar wordt tegenwoordig gespeeld op een carambolebiljart(matchtafel van 2,84 bij 1,42 meter) met de drie bijbehorende ballen(wit-geel-rood) en vijf kegeltjes("pins") die 2,5 cm hoog zijn. De rode pin wordt op de middenacquit geplaatst en vier witte pins in de lengte en breedte eromheen op 6,6 centimeter afstand.
