Derek Stingley Sr. (born April 9, 1971) is an American football coach. Prior to his coaching career, he had a nine-year playing career in the Arena Football League. Stingley also played college baseball at Triton College and was selected in the 1993 Major League Baseball Draft as a center fielder by the Philadelphia Phillies, where he spent three seasons (1993–1995) in their minor-league system.
