In contrast, centralized computing exists when the majority of functions are carried out, or obtained from a remote centralized location. Hierbei sind die einzelnen Verbindungen nach keinem besonderen Schema angeordnet, sondern die einzelnen Knoten sind untereinander mehrfach miteinander verbunden (vermascht).
