Corpus Inscriptionum et Monumentorum Religionis Mithriacae (or CIMRM) is a two-volume collection of inscriptions and monuments relating primarily to the Mithraic Mysteries. It was compiled by Maarten Jozef Vermaseren and published at The Hague by Martinus Nijhoff Publishers, 1956, 1960 in 2 vols. Publication was sponsored by the Royal Flemish Academy and the Netherlands Organization for Pure Research. It is based on an earlier 1947 work of the same title that began as an entry in a competition organized by the Department of Fine Arts and Literature of the Flemish Academy.

Il a été rédigé par l’historien néerlandais Maarten Jozef Vermaseren et publié à La Haye par Martinus Nijhoff, sous deux volumes en 1956 et en 1960. Aucun autre corpus n’a été publié depuis celui de Vermaseren, qui reste donc malgré son ancienneté un ouvrage de référence des inscriptions et des monuments du culte de Mithra. (fr)

Es basa en una obra anterior del mateix títol de 1947 que va començar com a entrada en un concurs organitzat pel Departament de Belles Arts i Literatura de l'Acadèmia Flamenca. Es considera «una obra indiscriminant», amb «una topogràfic imprevisible», però segueix sent indispensable per al seu accés a la gran part de l'evidència arqueològica. Encara que ara té 58 anys, no s'ha publicat cap corpus actualitzats des de Vermaseren, i el CIMRM continua sent el catàleg estàndard de referència d'inscripcions i monuments dels Misteris de Mitra. Entre 1960 i el moment de la seva mort el 1990, Vermaseren havia acumulat una quantitat substancial de material per a un tercer volum del CIMRM. Després de la seva mort, aquesta col·lecció es va traslladar a un erudit holandès, i es va perdre el rastre del material. It was compiled by Maarten Jozef Vermaseren and published at The Hague by Martinus Nijhoff Publishers, 1956, 1960 in 2 vols. Publication was sponsored by the Royal Flemish Academy and the Netherlands Organization for Pure Research. It is based on an earlier 1947 work of the same title that began as an entry in a competition organized by the Department of Fine Arts and Literature of the Flemish Academy. It is viewed as "an undiscriminating work", with "unpredictable topographic zig-zagging", but it remains indispensable for its access to the great bulk of the archaeological evidence. Although now 62 years old, no updated corpora have been published since Vermaseren's, and CIMRM thus remains the standard reference catalog of inscriptions and monuments of the Mithraic Mysteries. Between 1960 and the time of his death in 1990, Vermaseren had accrued a substantial amount of material for a third volume of CIMRM. After his death, this collection was passed on to some Dutch scholar, and the trail of the material was lost. In August 2004, Richard Gordon posted an appeal on the website of the Electronic Journal of Mithraic Studies, requesting information on the whereabouts of the material. (en)
