Codrington College is an Anglican theological college in St. John, Barbados now affiliated with the University of the West Indies at Cave Hill. It is one of the oldest Anglican theological colleges in the Americas. It was affiliated to the University of Durham from 1875 to 1965.

Das College wurde mit Mitteln aus dem Erbe von gegründet, welcher nach seinem Tod 1710 der Society for the Propagation of the Gospel in Foreign Parts Teile seiner Zuckerrohrplantagen, die so genannten Codrington Plantations, sowie Ländereien auf Barbados und Barbuda vermachte, mit der Auflage, ein College in Barbados zu gründen. Der Bau wurde bereits 1714 begonnen und das College wurde letztendlich am 9. September 1745 eröffnet. (de) Codrington College - anglikańskie seminarium duchowne na Barbadosie, w parafii Saint John. Zostało założone przez Christophera Codringtona, który przed swoją śmiercią w 1710 roku przekazał część swoich dóbr- dwie plantacje na Barbadosie i ziemię na Barbudzie na założenie szkoły na Barbadosie. Budowa rozpoczęła się w roku 1714, a oficjalne otwarcie odbyło się prawdopodobnie 9 września 1745 r. W 1875 szkoła została stowarzyszona z Uniwersytetem Durham, co zaowocowało większą ilością uczniów. W roku 1965 szkoła została włączona w struktury Uniwersytetu Indii Zachodnich i tak jest do dzisiaj. (pl)
