The Chaqchan Mosque (Urdu: مسجد چقچن; meaning “The Miraculous Mosque”) is a mosque in the city of Khaplu, in the Gilgit-Baltistan region of northern Pakistan. Dating from 1370, the mosque is one of the oldest in the region, and dates from the time when the area's populace converted en masse from Buddhism to Islam. The mosque shares similar architecture as those built in the Kashmir Valley. It is a perfect blend of Tibetan, Mughal and Persian style of architecture.

Secondo alcune fonti la moschea fu costruita da Mir Sayyid Ali Hamadani e alcuni dicono quando arrivò Muhammad Noor Bakhsh (fondatore della setta Norbakhshia dell'Islam) dal Kashmir a Baltistan, il Raja di Khaplu abbracciò l'Islam e commissionò la costruzione della moschea o la Khanqah nel 1370 aC.

Kayu pilihan yang kemudian diukir dengan ukiran khas Tibet. Untuk mencegah ambruk dan hilangnya salah satu warisan budaya dunia, lembaga Aga Khan melakukan restorasi total dan berhasil mengembalikan bentuknya kepada bentuk aslinya.
