Carolyn Pollan (July 12, 1937 – October 23, 2021) was an American politician. She was a member of the Arkansas House of Representatives representing Fort Smith for 12 terms, from 1975 to 1999, subject to term limits. After that for 3 years she was working with the legislature for Governor Mike Huckabee. She was also vice-chairman of the Arkansas Republican Party and served at various boards and committees. She earned her PhD in education from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
