Carlos Eugene Bernier Rodríguez (January 28, 1927 – April 6, 1989) was a Puerto Rican professional baseball player who played one full season as an outfielder in Major League Baseball for the 1953 Pittsburgh Pirates. Born in Juana Díaz, Puerto Rico, he threw and batted right-handed, stood 5 feet 11 inches (1.80 m) tall and weighed 180 pounds (82 kg).
