Carl Lane "Clem" Clemans (May 30, 1871 – October 7, 1941) was an American football player and coach. He served as the head coach at the University of Washington in 1897 and at Stanford University in 1902, compiling a career record of 7–3. Clemans left California for Washington state where he establish the lumber mill village of Alpine, Washington and spent the rest of his life there.
