Brian Skerry (born September 27, 1961) is a photographer and photojournalist specializing in marine wildlife and underwater environments. Since 1998 he has been a contributing photographer for National Geographic Magazine. In 2014 he was named a National Geographic Photography Fellow. Skerry is a Founding Fellow of the , the Explorer-In-Residence at the New England Aquarium and in 2015 he was named a Nikon Ambassador (United States).
