Bjarne Lyngstad (9 January 1901 – 4 September 1971) was a Norwegian politician for the Liberal Party. He was born in Inderøy. From August to September 1963 he served as the Minister of Local Government and Work Affairs during the short-lived centre-right cabinet Lyng. When another centre-right cabinet was formed in 1965, under Prime Minister Per Borten, Lyngstad was appointed Minister of Agriculture and held this position until 21 August 1970.
