Barry Hicken (born August 8, 1946) is a Canadian politician and farmer. He represented 5th Kings in the Legislative Assembly of Prince Edward Island from 1986 to 1996 as a Liberal. Hicken was born in 1946 in Pembroke, Prince Edward Island. He was educated at Montague Regional High School and Holland College, and was a mechanic by career. He married Louise Alice McHerron in 1972.
