El Teatro Baralt (English: The Baralt Theatre) is a theatre in downtown Maracaibo, Venezuela, at the northwestern corner of the historic Plaza Bolívar. The first theatre at the site was built in the mid 19th century as a small performance hall, with subsequent theatre buildings there having seen many different reconstructions. A major Venezuelan cultural institution, the theatre received a National Monument designation in 1981, recognizing its location as the site of the first film screenings in the country and as a longstanding part of the historic center of Maracaibo.

La construcció del primer Teatro Baralt s'inicia el 28 de juliol de 1877 i s'inaugura és el 24 de juliol de 1883. Tenia una capacitat de 400 espectadors. El 1928 és enderrocat i el 19 de desembre de 1932 s'inaugura l'actual teatre, amb una capacitat per a 1.000 espectadors. El 1955, la Universitat del Zulia n'és l'administradora. (ca)

Está ubicado en la Avenida 5 con calle 95, diagonal a la Plaza Bolívar en la ciudad de Maracaibo, Venezuela. El primer teatro Baralt que registran los documentos históricos datan del año de 1847. Dicho teatro fue demolido apenas tres años después de estar operando por la mala calidad de los materiales de construcción. El 24 de julio de 1883 se inaugura un segundo teatro el cual también fue destruido en 1928, siendo sustituido por el actual edificio que se inauguró en 1932. (es)
