| - Monti Aurunci je menší pohoří ve středozápadní Itálii, v Laziu, při pobřeží Tyrhénského moře. Je součástí Lazijských Antiapenin. Nejvyšší hora Monte Petrella má 1 533 m. Pohoří je tvořené vápencem. Pod pohořím na pobřeží Tyrhénského moře leží města Formia a Gaeta. Řím se nachází přibližně 120 km severozápadně, Neapol 80 km jihovýchodně. (cs)

Es liegt etwa 130 km südöstlich von Rom und 70 km nordwestlich von Neapel, zwischen dem Tal des Liri und dem Tyrrhenischen Meer. Im Nordwesten schließen die Monti Ausoni an. Der Höhenzug ist ein verkarstetes Kalkgebirge. Die Aurunker Berge haben eine Ausdehnung von etwa 30 km in west-östlicher Richtung und 15 km in nord-südlicher Richtung. 19.374 ha der Fläche sind im Naturpark Parco Naturale Regionale dei Monti Aurunci unter Schutz gestellt. - Les monts Aurunces (Monti Aurunci) sont un massif montagneux de l'Italie centrale appartenant à l'Anti-Apennin latin contenu exclusivement dans le Latium. Ils sont délimités au nord par une ligne Fondi-Lenola-Pico-Ceprano qui les sépare des monts Ausons, à l'est par la vallée du Liri, au sud par le fleuve Garigliano et à l'ouest par la mer Tyrrhénienne au niveau du mont Lauzo. La zone des monts Aurunces est partiellement protégée grâce à l'instauration du parc naturel régional des monts Aurunces créé en 1997. (fr)

Limita a l'oest amb el conjunt dels a la línia formada pel territori dels municipis de Fondi, Lenola, Pico i Ceprano, al nord amb la Vall del Liris, a l'est amb el riu Garigliano, mentre al sud limiten amb la mar Tirrena per l'extrem més llunyà del massís que és el . La col·locació d'aquesta cadena muntanyosa del sud del Laci pot simplificar-se doncs, dient que està entre el curs dels rius Liris-Garigliano, la mar Tirrena i el proper massís que formen els Monts Ausons. It is part of the Antiappennini, a group running from the Apennines chain to the Tyrrhenian Sea, where it forms the promontory of Gaeta. It is bounded to the north-west by the Ausoni Mountains, to the north by the Liri river, to the east by the , to the south-east by the Garigliano and to the south by the Tyrrhenian sea. The line between the Aurunci and the Ausoni has not been clearly established but the Aurunci are considered by convention to be east of a line through Fondi, Lenola, Pico, S. Giovanni and Incarico. Altitudes vary from hills to the 1,533 m of Monte Petrella. Main peaks include the (1,252 m) and (1,402 m). They include a regional park, the , created in 1997. (en)

Confinano a ovest con il gruppo dei Monti Ausoni seguendo una linea ideale che congiunge Fondi-Lenola-Pico-Ceprano, a nord con la Valle del Liri, a est con il fiume Garigliano mentre a sud sono limitati dal mar Tirreno, con le estreme propaggini del monte Lauzo. - Monti Aurunci − pasmo górskie w południowym Lacjum w środkowych Włoszech. Stanowią część , łańcucha Apeninów biegnącego w stronę brzegów Morza Tyrreńskiego, gdzie tworzą przylądek Gaeta. Na północnym zachodzie graniczą z pasmem Monti Ausoni, na północy z doliną rzeki Liri, na wschodzie z Rocca d’Evandro, na południowym wschodzie z doliną rzeki Garigliano, a na południu z Morzem Tyrreńskim. Granica między Monti Aurunci a Monti Ausoni nie została ustalona, lecz uważa się, że Monti Aurunci leżą na wschód od linii Fondi, Lenola, Pico i San Giovanni Incarico. Najwyższym wzniesieniem pasma jest Monte Petrella (1533 m n.p.m.). W górach znajduje się rezerwat przyrody (wł. Parco Naturale dei Monti Aurunci), założony w 1997 roku. (pl)
