Arnold van den Bergh (20 January 1886 ‒ 28 October 1950) was a Dutch legal notary based in Amsterdam. He was a well-known and high-profile lawyer, one of six Jewish notaries operating in Amsterdam. Van den Bergh contributed to the field of social work in the Netherlands, and was widely known in Amsterdam outside of the Jewish community. In 1886, van den Bergh was born in the locality of Oss. By 1922, van den Bergh was already working as a junior notary and living in Amsterdam. As of 1937, Bergh was chair of the committee for the House of unemployed young Jewish, in Amsterdam.

In januari 2022 kwam Van den Bergh postuum in het nieuws omdat een groep onderzoekers hem aanwees als hoofdverdachte die de onderduikers in Het Achterhuis aan de Duitsers zou hebben verraden. Verschillende Nederlandse historici waren zo kritisch over de conclusies van het onderzoek, dat het boek waarin het onderzoek was beschreven inclusief de conclusies over Van den Bergh, in maart 2022 door de uitgever uit de handel werd gehaald.
