Antoon van den Heuvel, Antoine van den Heuvel or Anton van den Heuvel (nickname: 'don Antonio') (c. 1600 – 5 August 1677) was a Flemish history painter and draughtsman. After training and working in Antwerp and Rome, he returned to his native Ghent where he was one of the important creators of altarpieces for the churches in the region.

Aunque relacionado con el llamado caravaggismo de Gante y cercano a Jan Janssens, la pintura de Van den Heuvel se caracteriza no tanto por el claroscuro como por la utilización de colores brillantes duramente contrastados, prescindiendo de las suaves transiciones de la luz a la sombra e incorporando a la experiencia caravaggista las influencias del clasicismo de los Carracci, que pudo conocer en su estancia italiana.
