Reverend Ambrose I. Lane Sr. (February 12, 1935 – September 14, 2010) was an American anti-poverty activist, radio talk show personality and political and religious commentator. His program, "We Ourselves", aired from 1978 until his death on the Pacifica Foundation’s WPFW-FM, a 50,000 watt station in the nation’s capitol. He also hosted a similar show on XM 169 The Power, now the , from March 2006 until July 26, 2007. The Knoxville, Tennessee native had a masters in social work from the University of Pittsburgh in 1963.
