Albert Joseph Milnar (December 26, 1913 – June 30, 2005) was a starting pitcher in Major League Baseball who played for the Cleveland Indians (1936, 1938–1943), St. Louis Browns (1943, 1946) and Philadelphia Phillies (1946). Milnar batted and threw left-handed. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio. Milnar was a better than average hitting pitcher, posting a .203 batting average (79-for-390) with 41 runs, 4 home runs, 29 RBI and drawing 15 bases on balls. Milnar went in the US Army before the start of the 1944 season, where he served as an NCO in the Pacific Theatre.
