Kohn Pedersen Fox were appointed as architect and the building was completed in 1991. It is 62 metres (203 ft) tall, with a total of 13 floors - a lower ground floor, ground floor, mezzanine level and 10 upper floors. As of December 2020 it is being rebuilt and remodelled with three additional floors, with completion expected in 2022.
