The 2017–18 Notre Dame Fighting Irish men's basketball team represented the University of Notre Dame during the 2017–18 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Fighting Irish, led by 18th-year head coach Mike Brey, played their home games at Edmund P. Joyce Center in South Bend, Indiana as fifth-year members of the Atlantic Coast Conference. They finished the season 21–15, 8–10 in ACC play to finish tied with Syracuse for tenth place. As the No. 10 seed in the ACC tournament, they defeated Pittsburgh in the first round and Virginia Tech in the second round before losing to Duke in the quarterfinals.
