The 2013–14 Eredivisie season is the 54th season of the Eredivisie ice hockey league. Six Dutch teams and one Belgian team are taking part in the season. In the months following the 2012-2013 season, the Amsterdam G's dropped out of the league after a troubled year financially and a last-place record. The Dordrecht Lions, perennial competitors in the Dutch amateur level "First Division" (Eerste Divisie) joined the league to bring the total number of teams back to seven.

Het seizoen 2013/14 was het 54e seizoen van deze competitie. Na afloop van de reguliere competitie speelden de vier beste teams volgens het knock-outsysteem om het Kampioenschap van Nederland. Tilburg Trappers behaalde voor de veertiende keer de landstitel, het versloeg in de finale in een "best-of-7" tienvoudig kampioen en titelverdediger HYS The Hague in zes duels. (nl)

The traditional first game (known as the "Ron Berteling Bowl"), was played on 30 September between the winner of the Dutch Cup and the winner of the Dutch championship from the previous year. The 7-team, 36-game regular season will be followed by a playoff of the top 4 teams (a best-of five semi-final and a best-of-five final). (en)

Nieuwkomer was Dordrecht Lions, de kampioen van de Eerste divisie in het seizoen 2012/13. In mei 2013 kondigde Amsterdam G's aan om niet deel te nemen in het seizoen 2013/14 van de eredivisie om financiële redenen (geen sluitende begroting). Halverwege het seizoen (per 24 januari 2014) werd vanwege nieuwe sponsoring de competitienaam “Jack's Casino Eredivisie”. Na afloop van de reguliere competitie speelden de vier beste teams volgens het knock-outsysteem om het Kampioenschap van Nederland. Tilburg Trappers behaalde voor de veertiende keer de landstitel, het versloeg in de finale in een "best-of-7" tienvoudig kampioen en titelverdediger HYS The Hague in zes duels. Nieuw dit seizoen waren de wedstrijden om de “Larry van Wieren Cup” waarom twee teams uit de eredivisie samen met de top twee van de eerste divisie streden. Eaters Geleen werd de eerste winnaar van deze cup door in de finale (best-of-2) na verlenging Eindhoven Kemphanen te verslaan. (nl)
