The 2001 Finnish Cup (Finnish: Suomen Cup) was the 47th season of the main annual association football cup competition in Finland. It was organised as a single-elimination knock–out tournament and participation in the competition was voluntary. A total of 274 teams registered for the competition. The final was held at the Tammela Stadion, Tampere on 12 November 2001 with Atlantis FC defeating Tampere United by 1-0 before an attendance of 3,820 spectators.

Het toernooi eindigde op 12 november met de finale in het Tammela Stadion in Tampere. De finale werd uitgesteld en verplaatst naar Tampere, omdat het veld in het Finnair Stadium in Helsinki onbespeelbaar was door winterse omstandigheden. November 2001 wurde wegen des vereisten Bodens vom Olympiastadion Helsinki nach Tampere in das Tammela Stadion verlegt. Pokalsieger wurde der Atlantis FC. Das Team setzte sich im Finale gegen Tampere United durch und qualifizierte sich damit für den UEFA-Pokal. Titelverteidiger HJK Helsinki war in der gegen den späteren Sieger ausgeschieden. (de)
