| - Die Parlamentswahl in Indien 1991 fand am 20. Mai, sowie 12. und 15. Juni 1991 statt. Die Wahl war eine vorgezogene Wahl und die insgesamt 10. gesamtindische Wahl seit der Unabhängigkeit. Gewählt wurden 521 Abgeordnete. Die Wahl war von der Ermordung Rajiv Gandhis, des Spitzenkandidaten der Kongresspartei, durch eine tamilische Attentäterin am 21. Mai 1991 überschattet. Als Folge der Wahl kam es zum Regierungswechsel mit Bildung einer Minderheitsregierung unter Führung der Kongresspartei. (de)
- Les élections législatives indiennes de 1991 ont lieu du 20 mai au 15 juin 1991 pour élire la Xe Lok Sabha. Ces élections ont lieu de manière anticipée, après que le Congrès a retiré son soutien au gouvernement minoritaire du Premier ministre Chandra Shekhar. Le Congrès, dont le leader Rajiv Gandhi est assassiné pendant la campagne, remporte une majorité des sièges et forme un gouvernement minoritaire sous la direction de P.V. Narasimha Rao.
