The 1965 Wyoming Cowboys football team represented the University of Wyoming in the 1965 NCAA University Division football season. Led by fourth-year head coach Lloyd Eaton, they were members of the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) and played their home games on campus at War Memorial Stadium in Laramie. The Cowboys outscored their opponents 201 to 182 and finished with a 6–4 record; they began a 22-game home winning streak, which went for five seasons, until September 1970.
