The 1940–41 Serie A season was the 13th season of the Serie A, the top level of ice hockey in Italy. Four teams participated in the championship, which was won by AC Milanese DG.

Si iscrissero quattro formazioni: le tre compagini dell'AMDG Milano e la neonata formazione della Juventus, facente parte dell'azienda polisportiva Juventus O.S.A., dopo che in precedenza già Milan e Ambrosiana Inter avevano creato le loro squadre di hockey su ghiaccio.
