Óscar García Guzmán (born 1990), known as The Monster of Toluca, is a Mexican serial killer. Finalmente, el 31 de marzo de 2022 recibió otra condena por 62 años más, tras ser declarado culpable por el asesinato de una mujer de 23 años.
