| - Das Earls Court Exhibition Centre, kurz Earls Court, in London war ein Messe- und Veranstaltungszentrum. Es bestand aus diversen Mehrzweckhallen und lag im Südwesten der Stadt, zwischen Kensington, Chelsea, Hammersmith und Fulham. Ursprünglich wurde im 19. Jahrhundert hier ein Gleisdreieck überbaut. 2014 wurde der Gebäudekomplex im Zuge einer Umsetzung eines neuen Bebauungsprojekts abgerissen. (de)

- Earls Court Exhibition Centre was een tentoonstellings-, congres en evenementencentrum in het westen van Londen in de Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Het gebouw was bereikbaar via twee stations van de metro van Londen, Earl's Court en West Brompton. Het gebouw werd oorspronkelijk geopend in 1937. In 1991 werd de uitbreiding Earls Court Two geopend. Dit gebouw, met een oppervlakte van 17.000 m², is geheel vrij van kolommen. In 2013 werden plannen om het gebouw te slopen goedgekeurd. - Earls Court Exhibition Centre was a major international exhibition and events venue just west of central London. At its peak it is said to have generated a £2 billion turnover for the economy. It replaced exhibition and entertainment grounds, originally opened in 1887, with an art moderne structure built between 1935 and 1937 by specialist American architect C. Howard Crane. With the active support of London mayor Boris Johnson, in an attempt to create Europe's "largest regeneration scheme", its proposed heritage listing was refused after it was acquired by developers, who promptly in 2008 applied for and were granted a Certificate of Immunity from Listing by English Heritage, and its demolition was completed in 2017. Son origine date de 1887 quand l'entrepreneur John Whitley s'installe sur un grand terrain vague à Fulham le long du chemin de fer et conçoit l'idée d'y presenter une série d'expositions chacune consacrée à un pays industrialisé. Il y reste jusqu'en 1892 lorsque le projet sera repris par Imre Kiralfy, un hongrois. Ce site est desservi par les stations de métro Earl's Court et West Brompton. (fr)

Várias bandas mundiais passaram por lá, de Led Zeppelin a Iron Maiden. Outra banda que se costumava apresentar no local era o grupo Oasis, que inclusive gravou no local parte do vídeo ao vivo ...There and Then no dia 4 de Novembro de 1995. Pink Floyd registraram a sua passagem por lá num um dos shows da Tour do The Wall, em 1980. (pt)
