Die bei Cutler, Maine, USA gelegene Anlage, bei der alle Antennenträger geerdet sind, ging am 4. Januar 1961 in Betrieb und verfügt über 2 Längstwellenantennensysteme. Jedes dieser Antennensysteme besteht aus einem 304 Meter hohen Zentralmast, sechs 266,7 Meter hohen Ringmasten in einem Abstand von 556 Metern und sechs 243,5 Meter hohen Ringmasten in einem Abstand von 935,7 Metern. Zwischen dem Zentralmast, zwei inneren Ringmasten und einem äußeren Ringmast befindet sich jeweils ein Antennensystem, dessen Speisung in der Nähe des Zentralturms erfolgt. Die Sendeleistung der Anlage, die auf 17,8 kHz und 24 kHz betrieben wird, beträgt maximal 1800 kW. Die Sendemasten der Marinefunkstelle sind von freistehenden Stahlfachwerktürmen umgeben. Mindestens einer der Masten besitzt einen freistehenden Stahlfachwerkturm als Unterbau.
