Samuel Mauger (pronounced "major"; 12 November 1857 – 26 June 1936) was an Australian social reformer and politician. He served in the Victorian Legislative Assembly (1900–1901) and the Australian House of Representatives (1901–1910), including as Postmaster-General in the Deakin Government (1907–1908). He championed a number of political causes, including workers' rights, protectionism and temperance.

Pochodził ze stanu Wiktoria, choć jego rodzice na krótko przed jego narodzinami przybyli do Australii z wyspy Guernsey. Nie ukończył szkoły, gdyż jego ojciec zapadł na reumatyzm i musiał przejąć prowadzenie należącej do niego wytwórni kapeluszy. Równocześnie z działalnością gospodarczą, Mauger był aktywny w wielu organizacjach pozarządowych, m.in. ochotniczej straży pożarnej. Należał do Kościoła prezbiteriańskiego i pełnił rolę nauczyciela w szkółce niedzielnej. Kilkakrotnie próbował dostać do Zgromadzenia Ustawodawczego Wiktorii, jednak udało mu się to dopiero za czwartym razem, w 1900 roku. (pl)
