Nonetheless, Vietnam's Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) has estimated that there were 71,936 prostitutes in the country in 2013. Other estimates puts the number at up to 200,000. Sex workers organizations report that law enforcement is abusive and corrupt. Kementerian Urusan Tenaga Kerja, Penyandang Cacat, dan Sosial Vietnam (Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs/MOLISA) pada 2013 mengestimasi terdapat 71.936 pekerja seks di Vietnam, pihak lain mengestimasi jumlah tersebut bisa mencapai 200.000 pekerja seks.
