Production and Labour (Spanish: Producción y Trabajo) is a minor peronist political party in San Juan Province, Argentina. Its founder and leader is Roberto Basualdo, who is currently a sitting National Senator and was a National Deputy from 2001 to 2005. The party was formed in 2005 ahead of the legislative election in San Juan, where it became the first minority in the provincial Senate. It is currently part of the Juntos por el Cambio coalition.

Su fundador, y uno de los principales dirigentes es Roberto Basualdo, quién es actualmente Senador Nacional desde el 2005 y previamente fue Diputado Nacional de 2001 a 2005. El partido se forma en 2005 de cara a las Elecciones Legislativas. Desde 2015 forma parte de la coalición de Juntos por el Cambio. Previamente integró el interbloque Peronismo Federal. Además del Senado, el partido contó con representación en Diputados entre 2005 y 2009 por parte de la diputada . A partir de 2019 vuelve a tener representación debido a la elección como Diputado Nacional del intendente de Santa Lucía, Humberto Marcelo Orrego , quien además se presentó como el principal candidato a gobernador en dichas elecciones, contra el actual gobernador Sergio Uñac. En las últimas elecciones legislativas del 2021, , afiliada a Producción y Trabajo pasó a ser diputada nacional electa por la provincia de San Juan gracias al frente Juntos por el Cambio San Juan. El presidente del bloque de Producción y Trabajo en la Cámara de Diputados de la Provincia de San Juan es Sergio Miodowsky, mientras que su vicepresidente es Juan Roca. A nivel interno, el partido lo preside Susana Laciar. (es)
