The Point of Ayr Lighthouse, also known as the Talacre Lighthouse, is a Grade II listed building situated on the north coast of Wales, on the Point of Ayr, near the village of Talacre. It was built in 1776 by a Trust of the Major, Recorder and Aldermen of Chester to warn ships entering between the Dee and the Mersey Estuary. It was replaced by a pile light and was decommissioned in 1844. It is now a privately owned property.

Nowy budynek zaprojektował i zbudował w 1819 . Został on pomalowany w biało-czerwone pasy. Latarnię wygaszono w 1844 zastępując stawą świetlną a w 1883 - latarniowcem. Od tego czasu kilkakrotnie zmieniała właściciela. W 1988 była oferowana jako pięciopiętrowa nieruchomość za 15 tysięcy funtów. Znajduje się na liście zabytków Walii z numerem 460(5). W sierpniu 2009 właściciele latarni złożyli podanie o możliwość zamontowania dwumetrowej rzeźby ducha latarnika na zewnętrznym balkonie latarni. (pl)
