Church of Our Lady of Rosary of Mangalore (Portuguese: Igreja Nossa Senhora do Rosário de Mangalore), or Rosario Cathedral is a Roman Catholic cathedral in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Mangalore, dedicated to Our Lady of the Rosary. It was the first Roman Catholic church in the Canara region. Historically, this was the only parish church in Mangalore reserved for the high-caste Mangalorean Catholics. It is the oldest church in Karnataka.

La iglesia de Nuestra Señora del Rosario de Mangalore fue originalmente una iglesia antigua construida por los portugueses. Fue terminada por estos en 1568. La tradición oral afirma que se encontró la imagen de la Virgen María en el altar mayor por los pescadores en el mar; cuando se quedó atrapada en su red.
