Mary Sophia Alston (née O'Sullivan; 1856–1932) was an Australian philanthropist. She was patron of the central executive of Melbourne's St Vincent's Hospital and president of the Royal Women's Hospital. Her husband, James Alston, was an innovator and entrepreneur of windmills.
