The mayor of Genoa (Italian: sindaco di Genova) is an elected politician who, along with the Genoa City Council of 40 members, is accountable for the strategic government of the municipality of Genoa, Liguria, Italy. The current office holder is Marco Bucci, an independent who has been in charge since 27 June 2017.
