Lauw Giok Lan (traditional Chinese: 劉玉蘭; simplified Chinese: 刘玉兰; pinyin: Liú Yùlán; 1883–1953) was a Chinese Indonesian journalist and writer. He was one of the founders of the newspaper Sin Po.

Ia mengikuti pendidikan di sekolah Hokkian dan Belanda. Pada usia 16 tahun ia mulai bekerja di sebuah toko di daerah Glodok milik Khouw Lam Tjiang. Ia kemudian direkrut Van Dorp yang sejak 1861 mencetak tengah bulanan dan sejak 1894 mencetak harian Bintang Betawi yang pimpinan redaksinya adalah J. Kiefer. Pada 1900-an ia pindah ke Sinar Betawi yang pemimpin redaksinya JA Zimmer. di sana ia bertemu Gouw Peng Liang. Tahun 1906 ia menjadi kolektor uang sekolah THHK Batavia. Tahun 1907 ia menjadi redaktur Perniagaan. Sekali lagi ia bertemu Gouw Peng liang yang pada 1909 menjadi pemimpin redaksi. Rekan di Perniagaan antara lain, Tio Ie Soei dan Thio T (in)
