The Independent Radicals (French: Radicaux indépendants) were a centrist or conservative-liberal political current during the French Third Republic. It was slightly to the right of the more famous Radical-Socialist Party, and shared much of its historical radicalism. The prominent political scientist André Siegfried described them as "Social [that is, economic] conservatives who did not want to break with the Left, and who therefore voted with the Right on [economic] interests, and with the Left on political issues".

(en) Le vocable « radical indépendant » regroupe sous la Troisième République en France, les radicaux de centre et de centre-droit, qui refusent notamment la politique d'alliance à gauche menée par le Parti radical-socialiste. (fr) De Radicaux Indépendants (Nederlands: Onafhankelijke Radicalen), waren een politieke groepering tijdens de Derde Franse Republiek. In aanloop van de parlementsverkiezingen van 1924 werd een (Links Kartel) gevormd bestaande uit de socialistische Section Française de l'Internationale Ouvrière (SFIO) en liberale Parti Radical-Socialiste (PRS). Het Cartel de Gauches won de verkiezingen en een centrum-links kabinet onder premier Édouard Herriot (PRS). De rechtervleugel van Herriot's PRS was echter tegen het kabinet en na de val van het kabinet en de opheffing van het Cartel des Gauches in 1926 traden een aantal prominente rechtse PRS'ers uit de partij en richtten de Radicaux Indépendants (RI) op. Vervolgens namen leden van de RI deel aan de centrum-rechtse regeringen van de Derde Franse Republ (nl)
