Hough Glacier (78°32′S 84°20′W / 78.533°S 84.333°W) is a glacier in central Doyran Heights in the Sentinel Range of Ellsworth Mountains, Antarctica, rising just south of Mount Tuck and flowing east-southeast for 10 nautical miles (19 km; 12 mi) between Guerrero Glacier and Remington Glacier. It was first mapped by the United States Geological Survey from surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1957–59, and was named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names for , who made ionosphere studies at South Pole Station in 1957.

In particolare, il ghiacciaio, il cui punto più alto si trova a circa 2.400 m s.l.m., si trova sul versante sud-orientale della dorsale Sentinella, nelle Montagne di Ellsworth. Im südöstlichen Teil der Sentinel Range im Ellsworthgebirge fließt er in ostsüdöstlicher Richtung südlich des Mount Tuck zwischen dem Guerrero- und dem Remington-Gletscher. Der United States Geological Survey kartierte ihn anhand eigener Vermessungen und Luftaufnahmen der United States Navy aus den Jahren von 1957 bis 1959. Das Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names benannte ihn 1961 nach dem US-amerikanischen Ionosphärenphysiker William Sigourney Hough (* 1924), der 1957 auf der Amundsen-Scott-Südpolstation tätig war.
