The women's artistic team all-around event at the 2020 Summer Olympics was held on 25 and 27 July 2021 at the Ariake Gymnastics Centre. There were 12 teams of 4 gymnasts each. The competition was won by the Russian athletes. ROC (Russian Olympic Committee), the 2016 silver medalists competing as Russia, has not won the gold medal in women's team all-around since 1992, when it competed as the Unified Team. They led throughout the competition despite two falls on balance beam in the third rotation. The United States, the two-time defending champions and 2019 world champions, were second.
