Francis Hauāuru Barclay DCM (surname Pakere in Māori; 5 June 1887 – 20 November 1959) was a New Zealand professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1900s and 1910s. He played at representative level for New Zealand (Heritage No. 104), New Zealand Māori, Auckland and Hawke's Bay, as a Stand-off, i.e. number 6.
