Earl Dalton Mossor (July 21, 1925 – December 29, 1988) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball who played in three games for the Brooklyn Dodgers during the 1951 season. Listed at 6' 1", 175 lb., Mossor batted left handed and threw right handed. A single in his only at-bat left Mossor with a rare MLB career batting average of 1.000. He was born in Forbus, Tennessee. Mossor also pitched with several Minor league teams in 12 seasons spanning 1946–1959. Following his baseball career, Mossor worked as a sheet metal mechanic. He died in 1988 in Batavia, Ohio, at the age of 63.
