David Alan Wenlock (born 16 April 1959) is a former English cricketer. Wenlock was a right-handed batsman who bowled right-arm medium pace. He was born in Leicester, Leicestershire. Wenlock made his first-class debut for Leicestershire against Oxford University in 1980. He 9 further first-class appearances for Leicestershire, the last of which came against Northamptonshire in the 1992 County Championship. He scored 148 runs in his 10 first-class matches, at an average of 16.44, with a high score of 62. This score, his only first-class half century, came against the touring Sri Lankans in 1981.
