Majority owned by telecommunications conglomerate INNOVATE Corp., DTV America stations have no local operations, and the company relies almost entirely upon the 24-hour feeds of digital subchannel networks for content (with some stations Providing select programming from networks like Court TV and Quest on the same channel as other networks like MyNetworkTV and The CW Plus).
