| - Το Αυστριακό Ομοσπονδιακό Σύνταγμα (γερμανικά: Österreichische Bundesverfassung) είναι η πηγή όλης της συνταγματικής νομοθεσίας της Δημοκρατίας της Αυστρίας σε ομοσπονδιακό επίπεδο. Χωρίζεται σε πολλές διαφορετικές πράξεις, με επίκεντρο τον , που περιλαμβάνει τις πιο σημαντικές ομοσπονδιακές συνταγματικές διατάξεις. Στην Αυστρία έχουν υπάρξει πολλαπλά συντάγματα, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του (1848), το του 1849, το του 1860, η του 1861. Το σύγχρονο σύνταγμα της Αυστρίας υιοθετήθηκε το 1920 και από την 1η Μαΐου 1945 παραμένει σε ισχύ ως σήμερα. (el)
- La Constitution fédérale de l’Autriche est formée par l’ensemble des textes constitutionnels de la République d’Autriche au niveau fédéral. Le texte principal est la Loi constitutionnelle fédérale (Bundes-Verfassungsgesetz, B-VG) du 1er octobre 1920. S’y ajoutent une multitude d’autres lois constitutionnelles, ainsi que des dispositions particulières de la législation ou de traités, considérées comme ayant valeur constitutionnelle. Ainsi, si la loi constitutionnelle fédérale n’intègre pas de déclaration des droits, diverses dispositions concernant les libertés publiques sont ainsi réparties entre différentes autres lois. La graphie au trait d’union (B-VG) distingue la Loi constitutionnelle fédérale des lois constitutionnelles ultérieures (Bundesverfassungsgesetze). (fr)

- Unter der Bundesverfassung der Republik Österreich wird juristisch die Gesamtheit aller Verfassungsgesetze und -bestimmungen des Bundesrechtes verstanden. Die zentralen Bestimmungen des Bundesverfassungsrechtes enthält das Bundes-Verfassungsgesetz (B-VG), das im Allgemeinen gemeint ist, wenn von der Verfassung gesprochen wird.
