The Clausura 2018 Copa MX (officially the Clausura 2018 Copa Corona MX for sponsorship reasons) was the 79th staging of the Copa MX, the 51st staging in the professional era and is the twelfth tournament played since the 1996–97 edition. The tournament began on 9 January 2018 and ended on 11 April 2018. The final was held at Estadio Victoria in Aguascalientes City, with the home team Necaxa defeating Toluca 1–0 to win their fourth title. As winners, Necaxa earned a spot to face Monterrey (winners of Apertura 2017 edition), in the 2018 Supercopa MX.

  • La Copa Corona MX Clausura 2018 fue la edición 52 de la Copa México que concluyó el ciclo correspondiente a la temporada 2017-2018. El torneo comenzó el 9 de enero y concluyó el 11 de abril. En este torneo, se denotó la ausencia de América, Guadalajara, Tigres de la UANL y Tijuana debido a su participación en la Liga de Campeones de la Concacaf 2018. Aparte, esta edición marcó el regreso de Venados, Cafetaleros, Correcaminos UAT, Murciélagos, Tampico Madero, San Luis y Lobos BUAP. Los primeros cinco se ausentaron por no conseguir suficientes puntos en el Ascenso MX el torneo pasado, los potosinos por ser una nueva franquicia y los licántropos debido a su ascenso a primera división la temporada pasada.
